I originally enjoyed my fist days at this hostel, but it all changed when they decided they no longer care about their customers. I rented a motorbike through the hostel that promptly had mechanical issues and broke down. Not only did I have to push it to a mechanic for repairs, the hostel refused to cover the cost of MAINTENANCE REPAIRS and held my passport hostage until the tourist police were involved.

Facilities are decent but I have never felt so disrespected by hostel staff in my 14 years of traveling. Completely ruined my overall experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Great hostel, lots of theme nights. Staff very helpful. Didn’t enjoy the pool being under a cover and beds are pretty hard, depends how you like your mattresses. Very sociable hostel however no security at night so can be very noisy.
