  I am on holiday from South Africa and we all know that Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant big city. This afternoon by chance I happen to walk into Caring Pharmacy, which is close to Holiday Inn Express , where I am staying. I was attended to by Sarah, the pharmacist , who lived up to the name being Caring Pharmacy. She was genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to understand and answer my health related questions .

  I would highly recommend anyone needing a pharmacy in that part of the city to visit them. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Whether you see Sarah personally or not , I’m sure her colleagues are just as helpful and professional as I found Sarah to be ! I promise you will not be disappointed . ?

  Our first time here travelling from Singapore.

  We met a very knowledgeable, patient and helpful pharmacist Ms Puteri, based here in this outlet. She has the excellent verbal communication skills. She assists us (especially me) in recommending the health supplement for my joints pain and the transdermal patch for my hubby.  Great service from her.  Came back just to buy more from her.

  I have seen a feed back about this pharmacy. I don’t agree with the statement. It tells me that the ad staff is rude.as far as I know, this pharmacy is not open 24 hours. So it is natural that people want to close the shop at that time. I am also a customer who likes to come to this pharmacy because of the very kind-hearted service of the employees. In addition, the employees here also help me a lot to find the right medicine .they also tried to solve the problems I faced such as offering different types of medicine and the function of the medicine. so I recommend that you all come here to experience it yourself
