I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience. The Chinese lady pharmacist appeared unfriendly and impatient when I asked her questions — her facial expression seemed unwelcoming. Additionally, I approached a Malay staff member to ask about an item, but instead of assisting me directly, she only pointed in the general direction. As a customer, it’s difficult to locate items without proper guidance. It would be more helpful if staff could personally assist customers in finding the items they need, rather than just pointing.
