2 weeks agoHi, i am from India. I currently bought an i phone 14 pro from your store on 28 january. I asked your staffs regarding the tax refund at the airport. They said they will give tax refund receipt & submit it to the airport & nothing else. I went to the airport & at the counter, the staff rejected my refund saying cellphoneS, not a good shop again & again. Could you help me out ? I am adding the receipts.4 years agoI have made a great experience buying from cellphone s. These guys actually take service and warrant seriously and give good advice, help. It takes sometimes a bit time to find someone english speaking but everyone puts in all effort. I buy all my smartphone accessoires here.5 years agoVery good & trusted service. I had to return my purchase because the plastic wrapper inside was opened despite the seal outside the box and I found hair inside and stains on the product. The second time they gave me the “NEW” one that has handprints and scratches on. Ask for thang11 months agoSold me a scam viettel SIM card for 300k which was supposed to have 4gb per day for one month but stopped working in less than one week. Staff were friendly despite their dishonesty. I would be very cautious using this shops services.
