I called and WhatsApp-ed the store to double-check for the availability of stocks and make sure they had them before heading to the actual store. However, the staff ended up informing me that they don’t keep any stocks in their stores.

Bought OnePlus 7 Pro here and the price is great for me and honestly, the service here is really good and they’re friendly. I actually really have a good time with them like asked them about this phone, about accessories and etc while waiting for them to finished set up my phone. Very big and posh phone store. This is one of only TWO stores in Perak that sells OnePlus phones (Malaysia set) and accessories offline (if you don’t know what OnePlus is, it’s an enthusiast brand and its phones have very high-end specs with a lower price tag, with the cleanest operating system compared to other China brands like Samsung, Huawei, Oppo and Xiaomi, and is very popular in U.S. but hard to find it here in Malaysia). Apart from the exclusivity, the staff are very friendly and they even adhered to strict SOPs during the MCO period.
