Nice, clean, newly renovated, efficient. The old site has been fully renovated and they moved back to it from the temporary location along the super highway. Staff are efficient, helpful. It’s almost always busy. I’ve never lost a letter or parcel sent through them, as far as I can tell

Staffs are nice and helpful, even when they are busy (which almost always).

The employees are very helpful. My neighbor had to send a package to the US and she was very happy with the service and how they helped her with the waybill. While there take a look at the collector stamps. They were very artistic and beautiful and would make a wonderful gift to take home or collect. Good memories of Thailand at a very reasonable price.

Very poor service. The employees especially the ladies were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to send 40 kgs of clothes to Bangkok, and they gave me a big box to pack but later they said I can’t pack more than 20 kg in one box. Had to unpack the box after done packing and writing the address on the box and pack them separately into 3 small boxes.

I had to pay for the big box I didn’t use and they cost us way too much; 1900 baht for 40 kg .

    Horrible experience ever !!!
