Encountered 1 rude and lazy staff while sending a registered post recently. If Pos Malaysia wonders why they are making a loss, take a good look at their staff and train them the proper way to serve customers.

Slow and rude staff. Seems like they only want to sit around and chitchat or play with their phones. Talking to customers with rude demeanour. It’s like they are doing it on purpose to chase customers away so they don’t need to work.

My mother went to this Poslaju on the morning of 11 Feb 2020 and encountered two terrible terrible young clerks. This clerk’s name is something along the lines of NOOR LIDYA. Horribly rude to customer. When tried asking question about the form, the clerk scolded the customer if it was already her turn by number even though she was not attending to any customer. Worst service of the century! After filing in the forms ourselves, she refused to even stick the courier form on the package (which was part of her job). She just ignored the customer for ten minutes. Went to next counter then and got scolded again: along the lines of do it yourself! NOOR LIDYA, did you know you’re working in a customer service job? Outrageous tremendously poor service.

The service here is very bad and slow. Only one counter calling number start with 1. The rsst of the counters unable to call. The management need to re look into the QMS priority setting for each counters to improve service quality.

The ladies here were very friendly and helped me post my letters back to the UK this morning. They spoke good English and provided me with stamps and glue. I felt very welcome and would recommend this post office.

The location is very strategic, but parking can be a headache especially during peak hour. Service is so so.There are 2 very good female staff there. Both of them, very professional and efficient. But the guy staff there is the black sheep that tarnish the service. I was there one day,saw the office like closed and there was a note saying sanitation in progress. The guy staff came out and said:” encik kalau tak takut nak kena covid sila la masuk,i.e-sir,if you are not afraid to get covid, come in!” The tone of his voice and such rude statement really shows lack of professionalism. Otherwise this poslaju is OK.
