  Staff lazy. Outsource their work of removing sticker and placing stickers from AR registered mails to customer. 4 stickers for each envelope, customers have to figure out which one goes to which different documents. When you ask more questions, you get sour face and rude remarks.

  When you post letters, do you have to prepare a list of mail receivers for the counter staff to take away???? I have never heard of this requirement. Just too lazy. Other post office, staff would write their own list, not confiscating my list with customer copy stickers. It’s called customer copy for a reason!

  Great service, the place is not easy to find but we made it. They helped us box things and send to Europe with standard air mail for 280RM plus box (5kg)-2 weeks. Shipping is c. 173RM and 3 month. Please know These prices are approximate. Thank you for your help!
