4 months agoPleasant experience here since all my transaction were done quickly. I think there is a mistake regarding the business hour because the business hours last till 6pm. 10am-6pm daily. They didn’t update at google. I just knw that u can withdraw asb by showing your i/c and no need to fill up the form anymore which is good and fast. Keep up the good work!10 years agoCurrently only 2 out of 4 counters open due to lunch periods. 5 months agoSuper duper slow service. First of all, at this age of time, they are still not accepting other modes of payment other than cash only! There is no ATM in the vicinity. Also, it took 5 of us 1.5hr just to get 4 money order done (1 couldnt even proceed as she wasn’t told that she MUST have her hard copy IC with her at the beginning of the 1.5hr wait.update: Well, then again on the 2nd day when i was handing in my money order, the receiver name was typed wrongly even though I wrote the right one. I guess, my mistake too cause I signed upon receiving and checked but overlooked. Had to come back again to get a new one and pay a new fee . Overall, still bad experience.

6 months agoOur area Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai there is no postman service in our area almost two months ago.2 years agoI dont know what are they doing. Every courier service has the same problems but they can manage well even during this pandemic. Pos Laju take the highest charge for delivery but the parcel still not receive yet. Now already 4 days my item didn’t come out. So please do something and stop giving us the stupid reason.a year agoLots of empty parking space available. Done my roadtax renewal here. Fast n efficient, staff very helpful and polite.
