update: Well, then again on the 2nd day when i was handing in my money order, the receiver name was typed wrongly even though I wrote the right one. I guess, my mistake too cause I signed upon receiving and checked but overlooked. Had to come back again to get a new one and pay a new fee . Overall, still bad experience.

I dont know what are they doing. Every courier service has the same problems but they can manage well even during this pandemic. Pos Laju take the highest charge for delivery but the parcel still not receive yet. Now already 4 days my item didn’t come out. So please do something and stop giving us the stupid reason.
