His services go way beyond “taxi service” – we’ve learned tons about the Balinese culture from traveling with him. He understands the differences to Western culture and describes the ways of the people in Bali in a very captivating way.

Since leaving Bali we’ve suggested other friends to hire him as a guide and they were beyond happy to travel with him as a guide.

We’ve been in Bali multiple times, had different guides before, but we’re definitely only be hiring Putu from now on.

Driver took away the meter before we got in and double the price from what the hotel said. 250k for 25 minutes. Check that there is a meter before setting off.

Driver tried to cheat me. We agreed on one price before we left. Then he changed the price after I got to my final destination.

Drivers and great but your app is terrible. Spent 20 mins waiting for app to find taxi but wouldn’t proceed to book taxi and shows no taxis around even though there are plenty. Deleted the app and reinstall to try fix the issue. Have tried so many times to log in and every time says wrong number or password even after resetting password it still does not work. You are losing business with your app that never works. Booked online with air Asia ride instead.
