  I used this service the last two days for 3 tours each day miles out of Bangkok. Both days Mr. Pong, our driver was on time for pick up at 8 am at our hotel in Silom area of Bangkok. We used What’s App to connect with his boss, Pom, and communication was quick, responsive, and professional. Mr. Pong was an excellent driver, attentive, and helping whenver he needed to be. My friend lost her cord to charge her phone and he stopped at a location where she could replace it. I highly recommend this service and would use it again. Excellent service!

  Super Service – high quality cars and very professionally. We used Toms taxis twice last week. First was was airport pickup to Koh Samet and then return from pier to drop our daughter back at the airport and bring my wife and I back to Bangkok Hotel. Both drivers were waiting for us at designated points. Cars were very comfortable and plenty of room for luggage. Drivers were very professional. Service in booking was excellent with immediate responses to my questions. Felt the whole service was very good value for what we received. Will definitely use Toms Taxis on our next trip to Thailand. Highly recommended.

  Edit 14/8/23: After using Tom’s services regularly for a long time I recently had a very negative experience. Hired 2 vans for a large group of people and one vans arrived 1.5 hours late and spoiled the entire trip. In that 90 minute period their driver was extremely unprofessional, refused to come several times, turned off his phone for long periods, lied about arriving, told us to take taxis instead and was very extremely rude to my group of friends when he finally arrived. My friends were unable to travel to the event and lost money due to this. After using this service for many years I will be seeking alternatives for the future.
