  Booked Clement based on the good reviews we had seen! We were not disappointed. He picked us up from Taiping Perak and we 1st went to Bukit Merah Orangutan Sanctuary as we had a reservation there. Clement had been many times before so knew the best tips for getting closer to the Orangutans – we got some amazing pictures and videos. Thanks to him.

  We then continued our Journey to Penang, where Clement again gave us some great tips for places and things to see in Penang. Absolutely fantastic service and his SUV is very clean and comfortable. He is a great safe driver and very reliable. Also excellent price. We 100% recommend- thanks Clement!

  Mr Lee is very professional and his van is very comfortable and big. We were 4 adults plus 8 pieces of luggage and he fitted us all in. He gave us lots of good recommendations for places to eat and visit and reasonably priced Chinese seafood places. Highly recommend him.

  Booked a taxi service from penang to bukit merah and back on new years day. The best part was that we got the taxi when we were having a hard time getting from anywhere else as we wanted immediately. But the 1 star is because of their unethical practice. At first they said 300 myr for the trip like 60 per hour and for 5 hours min. I agreed then called the driver. The driver lady then asked 330 myr as it was out of town. And then when the trip ended she took 390 myr. This was such an unethical practice. Will never recommend this. Money is different but unethical practices should be stopped.

  Book for 5Hours on last day in penang…after C/out at 1pm and our flight at 640pm..we decide to take 5hour and round area balik pulau and bayan lepas.

  I was looking for a taxi ride from airport with large vehicle as I had too many baggage with me and I was lucky to find this service from Mr Vela. He was very professional and immediately understand what I need after just a few rounds of conversation. When I arrived and passed the customs checkpoint, Mr Vela was already waited outside and helped me with all the baggage and drove us home safely. Very reliable and great service from Mr Vela.
