  Great travel agency and very helpful. We booked three tickets to Japan in 2020 but COVID happened. We waited to see our luck but at the end we decided to ask for a refund on our tickets as Japan (2022) is not ready to open up yet for maybe the rest of the year. I kept in touch with Mr Hafiyyan from the agency and he was so helpful in telling us on what to do next and in the end , helped us process a refund for the three tickets that we booked 2 years ago with Singapore Airlines! I highly recommend this travel agent!
