Lilys travel is one of the best in business and customer satisfaction is above par. We have taken package for 10 days trip to Vietnam and it was smooth and well managed. Lily’s Travel Agency planned a fully personalized 16-day trip across Vietnam for us and they did an absolutely amazing job ! Great customer service and support during the trip – Mina and Vani were just a message away all the time. Leaving all the organizing in their experienced hands – instead being completely carefree and focusing on experiencing this amazing country – was the best decision possible. I cannot recommend Lily’ travel enough !

We contacted Lily’s travel for our 6-day trip to Vietnam covering Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Mr Aaron from Sales Team was our first point of contact, he customized the trip itinerary as per our requirements and confirmed everything over Zoom call. This interaction made us more confident about the agency and our trip. Also, the trip cost and all arrangements be it from Hotel, travel, and group tours were excellent.

Next, we were contacted by Ms Mina from the Customer Support Team. Our interaction with her was fantastic, She walked us through the whole itinerary over Zoom call. Once we reached Vietnam, we made it to Lily’s office and it was incredible to interact with the team. Ms Mina contacted us every day about the pickup and overall tour experience and it was hassle free experience. Thanks a lot to Ms Mina & Aaron for making our experience incredible.

    Rose Travel Agent is really efficient. They answered our questions on WhatsApp patiently and can help us solve difficulties immediately. Plus, the itinerary they helped us arrange was amazing. Pictures can show how entertained my friend and I were. Although the water bottle on the cruise needs to be paid for, they also offer a water dispenser and a water boiler for you. So it’s not necessary to buy a water bottle. Thank you for giving us such an awesome vacation. XOXO

    I booked all of my tours via Rose travel agency. The people who work there are very very helpful and were always there to answer whenever I had any inquiry about bus timings, driver number, etc. Would highly recommend it.

    We booked a two day tour to the Halong Bay and several bus rides with Rose and had a great experience. The tour was amazing and all rides were fine and on time.

    We could always reach them via WhatsApp and they reacted within minutes beeing super friendly and professional all the time. When we had a problem with the payment of a hotel they helped us without hesitating and free of charge eben if we did not book the Hotel over them.

    Booked Tour: 3 Days – 2 Nights in Sa Pa

    My girlfriend and I passed by many travel agencies in Hanoi. We decided to go with this one, because they were the most friendly and professional agency from all.

    We talked to two of the agents. Both were equally professional and very polite.

    So, they helped us to choose between a trip to SaPa and Halong Bay. We chose the Sa Pa Trip. Organization-wise this went perfect! The booking at the office, the (sleeping-)bus drive to Sa Pa, the organised guiding tour in Sa Pa (Pann was THE best hamong-tribe guide!), our stay at a homestay in Sa Pa, another night at the Pao’s Hotel and finally, they organisied a pick up at the Pao‘s by a Bus and brought us back to Hanoi. We payed a very reasonable price (around 125€) and, honestly this felt more than right.
