I'm sorry to say that your employees are very rude in the way they talk. Originally I posted 2 boxes of goods. He asked if it's the same thing, I answered yes it's the same thing but different type. He also saw that the size of the box I used was different. Weighed one, the other one he didn't say had to be measured because the box is a little big but weighs 1.2kg. The one before that was only 1kg. He must have keyed in the wrong data with the wrong item. I asked if it was possible to do that, another staff member said no. Become another new staff. After that, I asked him for help to tape the box because I only use the small tape I have at home, he replied, "owoh samo jah eh tape mano". It's not good. I paid for the cost of postage alone, which is rm28. Please improve your customer service. If you feel unable to work for others who need it more. No need to say that. You are not the only one who is tired from work. Thank you
