Bad service, im go to take my parcel around 4.45pm as per them riderr already pick it up in the morning to deliver but untill now 7.15pm I didn’t receive my item, the lady there also rude talk without proper intonation n language, never smile at all n doing her works like hell.try to call hotline number and it’s not working, i keep calling the mobile number that appear in the google 3 to 4 time and every time he pick up my call he said he’s not there so what’s the point put his number there? Can anyone relate? This is realy bad quality of service, im working in service line n this is not our service type. My item is important really bad service

  2. The worst I guess. I reported twice for my 1 week delayed parcel. Went to the hub myself but unfortunately the staff couldn’t even locate it. (Very inorganised. Parcels were scattered on the floor. Go and witness for yourself) They claimed that the system was down. After a few weeks it was announced as damaged/missing. I am totally disappointed!

  3. It was my first time sending a parcel and i have no idea what to do. So i just bring my stuff not in any wrapping or box to this branch.

    The staff there (2 malay lady and 1 malay guy) was extremely helpful despite me first time. They advice me politely on what’s the process and even helped my to find an empty box and helped me to pack. What i understand is usually sender will have their own boxes ready.

    The malay guy was so kind to finf me an empty box and even helped me to wrap abd tape the whole box! And the 2 lady guide me step by step kindly on the whole process patiently!

  4. They said RECIPIENT REFUSES TO PAY! but i make online booking / payment via Lazada. N my parcel should be send to J&T Teluk Kumbar instead of J&T Balik Pulau. Postcode is 11920. They not check carefully! Buat kerja cincai saja!
