I drop off my parcel here and then courier didn't scan in. Consulted them to check CCTV but the person in charge never revert. Went 2 ND time to follow up. Reason say person in charge was on leave and didn't bother to make phone call to check with their manager .

while walking in , no one attending , just a young guy sit in front of the desk saying to me:'' pergi bayan baru '' erm..ok… this is last time i come to this jnt . i would like to comment to this jnt branch. i go print airway bill several time , sometime the lady keep rm0.50 from me , sometimes a guy said rm1.00, and i ask why rm1.00 , he say all the way is rm1.00, and said if i dont want send it here just go other place. attitude of working are bad and terrible i dont like it , i not owe u money , dont show me your face
