I’m waiting the whole day but got “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Gagal dihubungi penerima/pengirim“ status. Not even received a single call from them but at the end it’s my fault? I’m waiting you the whole day without getting any call then i’m the one got blame on. Don’t ever treat your customer like that again.

One of those shophouse lots turned into an office-cum-warehouse for a courier company which endured a notorious reputation sometime back on the social media when workers were filmed throwing around packets and parcels for delivery nonchalantly in the warehouse much to the dismay of viewers. This particular outlet looked somewhat inactive with not much parcels stored in transit perhaps due to its recent commencement of operations. The block of shophouses looked fairly new in this part of town so the company could have just recently signed a new lease to expand their business to cover this part of the world.
