Almost a week still didn't receive my parcel…weh parcel is from Melaka only, what take you so long? Staff not enough is not my problem. We paid for the service supposely not issue about staff shortage. You know how to handle business or not?

i have no idea why is this branch still operating. TWO of my parcels were on hold for 5 days with no reason at all, and finally on delivery today but 10 mins later received a notification saying receiver rejected the parcel when i didnt receive any phone call regarding it at all? i paid for the fee and need to pay again? should've just shut down for real

  1. For real… such horrible service for a courier business. Thought I’m the only one who got parcels on hold for months…. turns out that’s just J&T’s work of style. What a great example!!!

  2. My parcel has been stuck for a week….and still on hold? The statues already stop updating since 2nd day in transit….I called to service hotline they always say will solve the problems ASAP….. so bad service. When I see the review of Tampoi 317 OMG…I’m not the one who still waiting and complaint.

    1. Branch opening not same as system b closed too early.
    2. Simply make delivery
    3. Not answering customer phone call
    4. Those working in Sg hvg difficulty in collecting parcel or post n parcel not jept in branch for longer period. Not update about retention timing on parcel status
    5. Using this service like no used at all.. customer need to self collect.
    6. Calling before delivery like not less then 1minutes. Not pre inform about the delivery at all. Suddenly come n suddenly missing like that.

  4. Today [26/11/24] morning at 8.30am I came and drop off my Tiktok parcel. But till now 8.38pm already, they haven’t scan my parcel.
    Call also not in service.
    Where is my parcel now ?
