Service really poor, twice came, both got poor service. Try to call so many times but no answer at all. When I arrived, I saw 4 staff at the counter. I ask why no one answer the call, they said short staff. What a lame excuse. 4 staff still short eh? Waiting for around 20 minutes but still can’t find my parcel. They said hard to find because the parcel small (another lame excuse). Ask me to come again on the evening (well I’m already here but ask to come again)
Please upgrade your services, teach your staffs to serve in a proper way. And the most important thing, always SMILE no matter how the situation is.
Good service also fast action from theirs staff yesterday, theirs staff also give the nice service and easy to me reposted the package 📦 to a seller that’s was sold an item type didn’t notice the information contained within it’s together with the item.
Personal review , friendly and willing to search your items as long as you patient. Respect their job. Don’t rushed or push.
One of the female staff at the counter has quite a temper. Return the money change in a bad manner. Caught being seen doing live on her social media while key in customer’s address before. So bad we still need to deal with this behaviour as this is the closest j&t in the area.
Delivery Service was not good at all. Post confidential package but the courier throw the packet into the compound without contacting the receiver.
