Friendly staff. Fast delivery. Parcel from Kuantan to Kedah arrived the next day. Tq J&T.
Do not expect much. No basic customer service, they will answer your inquiry as they wish. However, can be understand as the condition of place is not suitable to work, no aircond. The only staff dare to stay work in the environment 😅
The staff polite and helpful. When I visit this branch , as I carry many parcel , the staff saw me and come open the door for me to go in.
They work hard to scan parcel as soon as possible . Recommend service 👍👍
The staffs need to learn some manners.
arrived 12.30pm no one around. Rehat time until 2pm??
