If you have SOP and protocols, show it black and white. Don't simply give reasons if you're lazy to do your job, you lady staff. Got the guts to ask me to go Pos Laju. Customer is being honest and transparent about a parcel to be sent back to home which is a personal belongings, keep saying need to open and see when it's nicely wrapped already. If that's the case, how come other branches don't do that?

It has come to our notice that on several occasions, the tracking status indicates that parcels have been delivered, but the customers have not yet received them.
This discrepancy is causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction among customers. We kindly request your immediate attention to investigate and rectify this issue promptly.
The staff was helpful but the place itself messy and havoc with the parcels all over the floor, seems easy for the thieves to steal the stuff.
VERY POOR SERVICE. we already pay the courier charges RM300+ the end give us the reason is no people free to delivery, ask us go to collect ourself ,and cannot refund us back the delivery fee ;-(
