My experience with this jnt, my first parcel lost after arriving at their place. Until now I haven't got the item. The second parcel, i already arrived to collect then suddenly the lady said already rejected by the system before the due date and said the customer did not collect. Third parcel they text me to come self collect or wait for delivery due to dispatcher not available, i reply immediately to let you know i prefer self collect even no one has replied me. when i go there they said the dispatch has taken it. Of coz I feel angry because three times already. Even u guys blame me back not coming ontime. None of the staff at the counter apologized to me. Still pretending to be innocent. Very bad experience with you guys. The ladys staff is not friendly and not helpful also slow entertain the customers.

Pemalas! Never sent me the package and wrote cust refuse to pay for cod. Hello i bought that think why wouldnt i want to pay the fee? So useless. If u dont want to work properly just quit.

It has come to our notice that on several occasions, the tracking status indicates that parcels have been delivered, but the customers have not yet received them.
This discrepancy is causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction among customers. We kindly request your immediate attention to investigate and rectify this issue promptly.
The staff was helpful but the place itself messy and havoc with the parcels all over the floor, seems easy for the thieves to steal the stuff.
VERY POOR SERVICE. we already pay the courier charges RM300+ the end give us the reason is no people free to delivery, ask us go to collect ourself ,and cannot refund us back the delivery fee ;-(
