Jnt Padang lied to the customer..promise to deliver the goods within 3 days, the goods did not reach the customer..message on WhatsApp saying that nothing happened until the night was delivered..fraudster
As a seller we drop off our parcel on time, Jnt staff should scan immediately to cooperate with the new policy as it will expired soon. I don’t understand i drop the parcels, u scan all but left 2 didn’t scan…let it expired..whats the point we rushing to drop..such a bad service..excuses with the lorry had departed cant scan already. While another branch doesn’t have this problem at all.
