My parcel 688694145334 has been stucked at J&T Bentong since 9th sept until today 16th sept. One week already. What happen to my parcel? I called j&t hotline and made complaints but still no response. If I can choose courier for my parcel, for sure I will never choose J&T! What a bad service you provide!

Worst service delivery never ever use J&T worst courier their staff doesn’t even sincerely and lier about your parcel and give so many reason to never ever send your parcel direct to your home

Poor poor service. Delivered to the wrong house. Proof of delivery on shopee also unresponsible. Just took pic of the parcel only, no surrounding, nothing. I feel like im playing a guessing game with them.
Customer service also very very bad.
Dont know how a company can be this bad.

I was going to return a package. There were two computers, one desktop, one laptop and two printers. They told me that the printer was broken. I asked if there were two printers. He said only the desktop one could print, and the other one was just for decoration. The front desk was full of packages and they told me to go to the front. They still told me to go even though the packages were blocking the way. I’m sorry, but I trampled all the packages. It looked like a garbage dump when I got in. Please hire employees who can operate the equipment.
