Reached at 7.58pm rushing want to dispatch my orders but the staff told me they closed early at 7.55pm to do arrangements for closing.. even I told them I reached Bfr 8pm and it’s very important to me to do the postage for my customers they still denied to help .. Closing time stated in google 8pm but they told me they closing at 7.55pm.. Next time clearly change your operation time to 7.55pm instead 8pm. Don’t give trouble to J&T users.. Staff attitude so bad.. Train them to be kind and professional..

parcel picked up by 5.40 afternoon. after 24 hours still not moving 🤦 visit j&t website complain they said too many parcels to load in lorry. this make no sense!! too many parcels lorry should be moving more fast not parking there 24 hours!! loading 787 plane??? wth. all lazy working. if can i give-⭐
Went there to return a parcel yesterday, the staff was so rude to me, made me wait so long without being empathetic. When it was my turn she was asking, return mana, bagi barang saya nak cek dulu, i clearly told her its a Zalora return parcel any experienced staff would know that its free of charge below 70kg, the questions she asked me make her look rather dumb than being proactive. Her face and attitude shows that she’s not interested to work and serve customers, she there just to makan gaji buta.
I ship next day delivered but wait so long 3-4 day hazzzz why . It very not good not bad
The staff at the counter are nice and efficient. The first time I came here, he already understood that I wanted to return the item, then he continued to scan the barcode and was done just like that.
