I went there to drop some letter and the staff said we required to install and register the application of J&T Express. I wasn’t aware about this new change. So it took me long time to finish up over simple procedure which never required me to do so. It’s not only me, there are a few customers who have to register before they drop the parcel. Especially the application also having glitch during my process at the time. But thanks to the female staff that working there and helped to proceed the letter. I hope some staff there help each other on how to help other customers that come for service.
To anyone who want to post or drop some parcel or letter. Install your J&T express application and create order before go there. Definitely not easy and fast if you did not do so.

staffs are very friendly and full of information. very clean and comfortable place to do business with them. the staff are very neat and tidy too. i like J&T Express public relation and communication are very good. 2 front ladies are well spoken, and have nice behaviour. not forget the dispatchers, also very friendly. i am from salim, and i love doing business in J&T Sungai merah, mostly because of the staff attitude. Well done and goodluck J&T Express Sungai Merah!!
There is no doubt this is one of the best courier service in town. They’re extremely helpful and very polite to me. I’ve been to J&T Express a lot lately because I actually preferred it more than any others. So yeah, it is rare for its getting 4/5 stars let alone a reputable courier service like Poslaju.
call never answered….shipment arrive but put ON HOLD without reason. Go to the center information like this paste on the door

Please educate yourself on how to entertain your customers. Some customer are not that rude. You are the one who lack of understanding on customer needs.
