Small shop with 4 small tables only but efficient. Queue for 10-15 minutes during lunch hour. Strongly recommend their Lemonade and peach oolong tea.

Staff is very rude and not customer friendly. Why? The cashier (girls one)
I asked for fill my lemonade ice to the tumblr mixue but she said busy but they only actually have 2 order ?? Like srsly ma’am and the man LIKE MEMBAWANG ABOUT ME PLUS working by using slipper ? Omg . Last time i go at branch Relau they have a good staff i think they need LEARNNN A LOTTTTT BECAUSE THEY BOTH ARE RUDE !!!! THE PICTURE WITH THE DRINK I BOUGHT AT RELAU BRANCH NOT THE QUEENSBAY BECAUSE THEY SAY BUSYYY and YAA THE MOUTH REALLY HARD TO SAY “SORRY” .
Poor service, and the sundae taste below average.
The service at the counter was quite disappointing with the Chinese girl today at around 12 noon (30 Dec 2023). Despite my efforts to place an order, she chose to ignore me and remained silent throughout the entire process. If this reflects their hospitality, I’m hesitant to return to this branch.
Staff were not friendly. No smile or at least making customer’s feel more welcomed. Worst is that their grape fruit tea drink was practically tasteless! Felt like i paid for a glass of water with some tasteless jelly in it
