19/7/23 Come here to try Javachip frappe. A bit tasteless compared to ZUS Subang Parade. During PH only had 1 worker. I like the food and the atmosphere. Feel like want to spend more time there.

Always have the same consistency, excellent drinks, on time. Always taste the best everytime I ordered from this outlet. Highly recommended.

One of the worst service ever. When I came in today(4PM) there was two ladies, both were preparing the beverage leaving the cashier counter empty. One of them( Ms. Sha) saw me when I’m arrived and shouted from the preparing counter “ too many orders, do you want to wait?” I told her yes. However I would’ve appreciate if she came and took my order first and proceed to prepare other orders rather than making me to wait at the counter all by myself about 15 minutes. After that the other staff came to take my order, didnt even bother to apologize for making me wait that long. I understand you’re understaff but the service dont have to be this poor. I’m not demanding anything ridiculous. Just a basic customer service, is it so difficult?

Nice place with wifi. One of the waitress is quite straightforward and can come off as rude but otherwise, my experience was pleasant.

  5. Please check you staff they keep on giving burnt overextraction espresso, today I order espresso can’t acctaplale totally burn ,even they give another espresso same BURN, if keep on doing burn espresso ,I won’t be coming back
