worst worst worst service.. if u cnt provide a good service plz pass over to a better courier.. hpw many times to contact the customer service… keep the item there n buat rojak ke.. terrible service..

This courier company took way more further time consumption’s from any courier service i have received. I’ve purposely order a product form local seller and the service is WM to WM
I have to wait for 10days for my parcel and to be honest this company have go down from my expectations. Bad service.

Please update your address..Thr NEW ADDRESS is at 40, Jalan Sri Plentong 8. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star..the staff said that the hub is not for pick up parcel.came all the way from batu pahat just to be told the parcel is not there and not updated in the system. Parcel pass thru batu pahat only and straight to JB although my address is in batu pahat. Call customer service the day before..they said the parcel should be self pickup.

What is the problem with Shopee Express? Peram brg byk Hari. If you think X can handle it, just pack this company. The seller is ok to post the brg, because slow couriers like this can ruin business.
Why is it so slow to send the seller’s number? It’s ok if it’s stuck near the delivery, you want to wait a long time… Call again next time if you don’t want a customer, you don’t have to put your phone number, just throw it in the river.
