  My parcel supposed to get last night at 29/11/2023. You give a reason: attempt delivery because not enough time.. I’m understand maybe you have many parcel…but I’m very disappointed why you’re cancelled all my parcel then tell sender/seller… I’m tell you to refund…please make jujur…meniaga must jujur jgn menipu..very disappointed too much!!!

  3-4 parcels being hold here. I used to be very patience and very satisfied with SPX when I was in KL. After dealing with this hub I feel like been years to receive my parcel. Shopee need to do something

  I’ve been using Google Maps for years, and so far, I’ve only made one negative review out of tens of positive ones. Anyways, I usually order, and the shipment would arrive in 2-3 days. However, all of my shipments that arrive at this hub stay for that amount of time and even longer, just in this place. Why does this even exist? Close the place and open a proper one or simply just fix it , even if you raise the shipping prices 2x-3x. It’s torture to see my packages being stuck in this place. I don’t know if they are being overworked, lazy, or inefficient, but one thing that I know for sure is that Shopee doesn’t know how to do logistics, either because they’re cheap or brain dead.

  they hold my parcels and re attemp delivery 3 times and i still did not get it, guess ve to wait for the 4th attempt, what a clown, if u cant manage the parcels loads then let the users choose their desired courier,

  Delivery really slow. Long delay despite arriving at damansara hub on 2nd Nov yet, by 4th Nov still have not delivered. Really lembap! Only name sake SPX Express…but nothing express.
