Ice cream and peach milk tea are both super milky taste, and not too sweet. Toilet at the store was under maintenance which is very inconvenient.
Ice cream (RM 1.99) is smooth and full with vanilla taste. Portion is quite generous, just around 2x the size of mcd sundae cone. Peach mi shake (RM 5.00) is cheap, but i feel just normal.
Very poor customer service.
1. I was first in queue and it was my turn to place my order. There was no customer behind me. I was browsing the menu (I didn’t take a long time doing so). And then suddenly there was another customer behind me, he talked to the staff (a lady). And then, the staff asked me if I could move aside and let the customer behind me to place his order. This was totally UNACCEPTABLE. I was there first and the staff wanted to prioritise the customer behind me who arrived later? There is no valid reason for the staff to do so. Even if the other customer was in a hurry, then the staff still could not assume that I was not in a hurry. The staff should inform the other customer to just wait while I finish my order. Totally unprofessional and very bad customer service. So after the staff asked me, I just finalised my order. She accepted my order, but at the same time, the staff took the money/order from the other customer, bypassing me. Totally unprofessional.
2. I then received my drink. It had a small insect like mosquito(?) in it as per the picture. I went back to the outlet to return the drink. I asked for a refund instead of a new one as I did not want to take the risk. The other staff proceeded with refund but there was not even an apology from the team there. Totally unacceptable. Very bad customer service.
Really had a bad time here. Hopefully the owner will improve the team.

Service staff seem efficient. Charges are not rounded up hence good. However, tables are really dirty given no one wipes them down after a table is vacated. In addition, the soft serve seems a lot more quick to melt possibly due to the crowd hence not as ready for serve.
Very angry with the management style & the cashier’s attitude. We ordered 2 drinks on 31/12/2023 (11:15pm) & we sat in front of the counter, waited there for almost 45 minutes without a drink!!! We asked how long need to be waited after waiting for 15 minutes, and the boss asked us to be patience! After 45 minutes, we asked the cashier whether our order was placed & that attitude was RUDE! And lastly, the order was skipped & we almost waited the drinks from 2023 to 2024! Not even apologies from the cashier & the boss! Worst ever experience! Ur location is at jonker, a world heritage area, please focus on your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’m not even want to give any star to this outlet!!!
