Caught my eyes from afar. Service was good.Ordered the Spanish Latte(Hot). Taste was good. They could improve on the cup cover design. The tap just comes off. If you are on the move, it would be hard to look for bins to discard it.

I was walking past and the menu caught my eye. I ordered a Spanish latte – 13RM. It was very nice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the order arrived quickly. A good pitstop if you’re walking around.

Well, I didn’t want to write a review but I had enough. I ordered the signature genmaicha latte and for the past 2 rounds, it was baaaad when it was usually good. It was TOO SWEET AND TOO WATERY?? LIKE ARE YOU CUTTING COST?? Why do i not taste genmaicha IN MY TEA??? AM I DRINKING SUGAR?? ALSO GENMAI DOESNT NEED SUGAR WHY DO YOU NOT READ REMARKS?????
Usually will need to wait for quite a long time for delivery in the morning as it is very famous nearby, lots of order from them. Sometimes need to wait for more than an hour. But this is always the favourite zus branch among all, taste good and good portion. Food is fresh too unlike other branches.
Grab and go is ok but if wanna sit down, only two tables available. No toilet here.
This branch is not on the main stream road where you could passes by.
Early in the morning, there got no air condition.
Cashier named Luqman (based on his nametag) is very rude. When I place the order, I asked him to ensure warm latte for me since everytime i ordered warm latte they always make it hot even though it is stated as remarks, which is disappointing. What is the point of putting it on remarks if they ignore it? Luqman was so rude and defensive, said it is not his fault that the latte that I ordered all this while were not warm. He argued with me and raised his voice, making faces which i find it unnecessary and rude. All i asked is to remind his colleague who is preparing my latte to make it warm, not hot. Not sure if Luqman is permanent or part time staff but I am mad. His supervisor should at least teach him how to talk to customers. I will never buy coffee here again although I am staying at the same building. I know this sounds petty and I also know that the hot latte will eventually become warm after few minutes but… I’m just not a happy customer today… sorry luqman.. i hope you will improve and dont talk like that to other customers
Best coffee shop in town. One of their best seller is Spanish Latte. 👍👍🥰🥰
