a year agoI ordered a Hot Earl Grey Cham when walking by this coffee shop in Dataran Pahlawan. However this drink was not in the menu. I learned of this drink as I ordered it in a branch in Selangor before. So the menu here is a bit outdated. I like this Hot Earl Grey Cham, as it is special. The coffee tastes good with Earl Grey aroma. There were a lot of promotions available, but all only applicable to their apps. This shop focuses on delivery orders instead of in-store orders. Environment is clean, dine in in this branch, can concentrate to get some work done. This is my first time trying ZUS coffee, I ordered hot coffee, but the whole drinks overheated, hope they will improve.

Unfortunately, the parking is full. Even in the reserved area.

First time ordered buttercream latte here but not as good as other outlet. Cashier not friendly (girl, the one who wearing spec). Please train your staff on how to greet customer.
