Its an airport of the low cost carrier kind. Quite basic if you compare with klia 1 or 2. But it works. You can park across the road and cross using a walkway bridge. Quite a bit of shops and eateries.
If you wanna get a cab or taxi just download the grab app and get a driver to send you wherever you wish to go.
Took Firefly flight here. The airport entrance use 1 same road for departure and arrival. Be aware of saman or tow car if you park along the road side. Both here and opposite got parking space, cashless option yes. Have some eateries and convenient shops here. Go to the 2nd floor viewing deck to see the aeroplane.
Airport that flies to Penang, Johor, Singapore. Short haul flight. Close to KL city and easily accessible. Good for people who travel frequently to domestic destinations and Singapore.
The airport is compact and easy to clear security to boarding gate within short time.

Subang Airport is conveniently located near town, and that’s all. Parking is expensive, the other side of the road, at over RM8 per hour. One always have to go to the roundabout a few kilometers away, to go in and after going out. Everytime one flies an airport tax is charged on the ticket, but facilities are not maintained. For example, the lift from the car park to the bridge over the road is not working for months, if not years. One has to carry the bags up and down. Unfortunately, we cannot swear here to the responsible jerks. Anyway, one star is too much.

Saxophone player. Excellent music. Contributes to relaxing atmosphere in the airportā¦ or else the place is just dull and functional. Best attraction in the airport.
