a month agovery old ferry terminal, nothing much here but since most of the visitors went to stulang laut terminal, this terminal became a good choice if you want to skip the crowd and pass the custom check promptly especially on peak travel season. We passed everything from the ship and reached the taxi stand in just 5 mins. it would at least took us 45 mins if we went thru waterfront terminal in stulang laut.10 months agoScammed? Did anyone else got charged extra rm40/pax boarding pass?!? I ady bought easybook ticket online rm77/pax, but when i approach counter with my easybook digital pass they charge extra rm320(8pax). I didn’t read online or anywhere im supposed to pay that. Seaport charges ~rm19/pax was mentioned online (i paid in Batam on return trip). Rm6 parking/day was mentioned. But this rm40/pax wasn’t. Were we scammed?Ps: authority plz clarify this, will amend review if verified it wasn’t a scam
2 months agoFor transit to pulau batam, good parking area, facilities toilet and food shop availablea year agoOnline bought ticket for 1pm. Arrived at terminal 10am. Was told no more tickets even though i bought 1pm and arrived 3 hours earlier. So had to take ferry at 4pm. What’s even worse is 5.30pm ferry only start departing because they say want to see if there’s anymore people coming onboard. Don’t bother to choose the time slot you want when purchasing online.a year agoSlow process. Was told ferry full although I had a booking online. Reached on 9am 21 April 2022 Thursday waited till 4pm. Confusing process, no sign boards or process flow to read. Not treated like a human. No covid SOP. Staffs yelling here and there. And saw a staff picking up a fight with customer while just hit by luggages while crowding. Lousy, and would not come back again!

A clean and tidy place..friendly staff when answering questions. It’s nice to get a fast boat ticket to Batam Island. There is a money changer with a rate that doesn’t choke the blood. Food and drinks are also available here. There are many choices of local food.
