The sales staff, Sunny Hui, was polite, helpful and friendly. He helped me with the steps and I was able to do the reset and setup easily under his guidance. Sunny demonstrated good after-sales service and also offered advices.4 months agoVisited iStudio recently at their Jurong Point branch and was served by their retail staff – Martin. Martin has provided attentive and speedy assistance that made my shopping trip truly enjoyable. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the products were also commendable. His dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is truly admirable too. Purchased an iphone from the store and engaged the service for the data transfer and it needed around 1 hour for the set up etc. Martin went the extra mile to take down my contact number in case there were any enquiries during the set up and kept me updated when I went to have dinner first. A big thank you to Martin for your service rendered! Your commitment to customers like me are highly appreciated! Ps. Even bought him a coffee as thanks for his service3 weeks agoUseless costumer service. Had issues with my iPad. Wouldn’t even bother to look at it. You have to go to apple. Why market yourself as a premium reseller? I might as well buy it from Amazon and get it delivered.

Fantastic Apple Store, just like the best that you’ll find in USA. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. Don’t forgot to check out the second floor, it’s stunning!
I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Genius Bar in Orchard. The team’s customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They addressed my Apple device issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding service
Retail at level 1 whereby there’s displays of the newest model such as: iPhone/ iMac/ macbook/ home pods/ Apple Watch available for almost every table.
Crowded as expected for new releases of the products.
The scenery is good and greenery everywhere.
Level 2 will have some pop up events and invited hosts for sharing. Engagement sessions such as basic concepts of coding for young kids.
Staff are aware about the product details. Was looking to get worldwide adapter, thought it is available for the iPhone. After clarification with the staff, it’s only for macbook.
It is a vibrant and prosperous street where you can find nearly all the famous brands you can think of. I encountered two super cute dogs there and took photo with them ?. With Christmas approaching, there is a carnival, making it suitable for taking children to enjoy.
Was at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work! ??
