Went to this outlet to get an Apple series 9 watch and the store had quite a number of customer but not as much salespeople. We waited for sometime then decided to just go directly to the counter and purchase it as the watch was not on display so no point asking the sales person anymore. We got one mr Swee who was helpful in checking the specs that I requested and even managed to answer all my questions without any fuss. Appreciate that and I also decided to get the extended warranty as I have past experience of bumping my watch into walls and stuff by forgetting to be careful. Also purchase additional magnetic Watch strap as I wanted to use my voucher but he forgot to put it in and hence had to make additional purchase so chose the watch band.
Had good experience at Machines Pavilion with cik syafiq, so everyone who come to machines pavilion find syafiq. Thank you machines pavilion and cik syafiq for the service^^
