Service as usual is helpful, informative and marvellous. Our apple SA Alexa was very straight to the point and informed us in many ways about the product offerings. Enjoyed the experience there (my wallet can’t say the same) and would head down there if I need any help in the future.

Fantastic Apple Store, just like the best that you’ll find in USA. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. Don’t forgot to check out the second floor, it’s stunning!
I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Genius Bar in Orchard. The team’s customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They addressed my Apple device issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding service

Was at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work! ??
