Water leaking during heavy rain. The court fee is high so this is unacceptable.
Customer service is very bad, an argument is bound to happen when talking to such frustrating staff, would save face to get better reception
Customer service is terrible and i asked to switch court and the Indian girl said we can’t switch court and lied to us saying it is full but in reality there no one there just us so we got no choices to play at another court. Then we played for 2 hours and still no one there’s. Please teach the Indian girl a lesson. Also the Indian girl attitudes is very bad.
The badminton court is nice, and safe to play in however the customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. Each time I call to ask whether theres court available, this very rude indian girl talks to me like I owe a 1000 bucks. EVERYTIME. Ive been here plenty of times and she hasnt changed at all. She is super super rude doesnt know how to talk to people. Im an Indian myself and yet she behaves so poorly. I read the reviews and understood that she is like that to everyone and not only me. Please do something about this girl. I hope she is retrained or replaced!
