The pharmacists and staffs here are friendly. Sometimes they are busy serving other customers but since I am pregnant，the female pharmacist provided me a chair to sit and wait. This made me feel so warm.
Their customers’ queue never end，so sometimes need to wait a while to get your turn but i think that is reasonable
But overall they are good..
Their service is very good, especially Pharmacist Bryan did a good explanation on drug info. Price of products is affordable
Highly recommended! Their staff are friendly and very helpful. I went to top up medicines and looking for supplements for my parents. The Chinese female pharmacist (Ms Goh if I’m not mistaken) explained to me the function of each and every supplements patiently. A pleasure experience in Big Pharmacy Raja Uda. ??

I recently visited Big Pharmacy Raja Uda and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The service was subpar, marked by a lack of professionalism and a concerning attitude among the staff. There was a noticeable issue with people jumping queues, creating an environment that lacked order and consideration for others. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a pharmacy setting, where customer service and efficiency should be prioritized. My visit left me with a negative impression, and I hope improvements are made to ensure a better experience for future customers.
