Bad service, I call and asked for the availability of paracetamol/panadol. Instead the one who answer my call gave a very ridiculous answer. If the item is not available, just say no and don’t play a fool by telling people the supply of the items has not been supply all over the world for over a year and tell them “now only you asked huh?”
Fyi, I just bought the supply few days ago at KL pharmacy and there are lots.
Very bad service, selling expired product (item has already expired for a year) and didn’t want to refund initially until we asked for it (had an argument). Very rude staff, being bossy and kept pushing the responsibility (blamed the sales representative) when we asked her why didn’t she check the stocks on shelf. Never apologized and showed bad attitude towards customers. Never ever go back to this pharmacy!
Good service, easily to get what needed and the staff really helpful.
