Very professional and helpful pharmacist, which makes this particular outlet my favourite. I come here to get my medications all the time! Conveniently located at B1 in Jurong Point shopping center.
Pharmacist is unfriendly and not helpful. More interested in doing whatever she is doing at the computer than answer my queries. Brushed me away with a “you can only find it at the hospital”. Went to another W shop and the pharmacist direct me to the item I am looking for.
Went to this outlet today to purchase an ART kit. Encountered 2 bad encounters within a span of 5 minutes – upon asking where I could find one.
First staff directed me to the wrong (pharmacy) counter. Which was fine. It happens. The 2nd and more horrible encounter came from the main cashier.
When asked where to get it, she directed me to a shelf in front of the cashier. So I went over to have a look.
In less than 2 seconds, the lady felt the need to shout over the counter in her filipino accent at me for not immediately seeing the item. In front of all the other customers and fellow staff.
I’ll say it upfront – I’m not disabled. I can manage, and I understand English. Even if at first glance I don’t see it, I can look my way around that same shelf, on every side, at every angle. Give me at least 10 seconds before shouting at me, I can manage, I didn’t request for any further assistance.
I don’t understand what she was upset about.

To say my encounter with her was less than pleasant is an understatement. This is a wellness shop, not a military camp.
they found & kept one side of my lost airpods for a few days, can’t thank y’all enough! thank you (to the filipino/short hair chinese lady) so much for double checking your lost & found items for me!
Give zero star if I can. 2nd time facing rude cashier and guardian manager arguing with each other and blaming the poor sales auntie for giving wrong prices. We wait for more than 7 mins for them to argue finish before being able to make payment. Imagine that. You can’t even pay for stuff. Will avoid and go to the Watson at old wing B1 instead.
