All staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend to look for pharmacist Ms Ying if have any doubt on questions regarding medicine and supplement. She is very nice person. Understanding and beautiful.
Been to so many different pharmacies in Penang but this is by far the best pharmacy. Reasonable prices and superb service espeacially from Ms Ching Ni. Very knowledgeable and very patient in answering my questions. Will definitely be back for my regular meds.

However the pharmacist will recommend alternative medicine other than the one u look at.
Example:
I’m looking for betadine for a sore throat however the pharmacist recommended A life mouthwash which I bought before (also recommended by another big pharmacist in kl) and not effective. I checked the ingredients A life mouthwash contains chlorhexidine which kills bacteria however Betadine is to kill both virus and bacteria which is more effective for sore throats. If today I’m looking for a mouth wash for my gum I think it is good to use Alife mouthwash, but today I’m looking for a sore throat.
Same issue happened before. Last time in one of the seremban big pharmacy I would like to buy difflam lozenges which contains benzydamine and cetylpridinium chloride for antiseptic and anti-inflamation but then the pharmacist recommend me for avosil which only contains cetylpridinium(antiseptic only). The pharmacist said Avosil is much better than Difflam.
Therefore this is not a single case that happened in Bellisa Row Big Pharmacy, it happened in other big pharmacies also. I believe is the system cause this scnerio to happen.
Therefore in price wise this is a good pharmacy and just be firm with what you are looking for.
Lesson learn ?
Excellent service with knowledgeable staff and a wide range of medications. The clean and organized space ensures a pleasant experience. Staffs also provides valuable advice and always answer questions and fullfill our needs. Highly recommended for efficient and customer-friendly pharmacy services.
Im very happy to say that the staff from the belisa row being very friendly and helpful especially Ms.Puspa…taking the initiative to advice the supplement details/benefit and about wound dressing patiently…
