3 weeks agoHad a very teruk experience.Only two people working!!??The pharmacist saw there’s a customer keep on following him even though he has a customer… he should actually ask the customer how can I help u and tell the customer to wait….what he did was seing the customer who is keep on following and was diam ii jeling what kinda service is this!???Pls lah pharmacist itself not giving good service how lahh aishh.4 weeks agoBeen to this place and was served by the pharmacist, Jerry and he was very helpful and professional who introduced the right medication and supplement. He really helped me to solve the issues. Thumbs up!3 weeks agoIt may be difficult to find a place to park, but the service the pharmacists and team provide is awesome. They are super helpful and friendly and you will definitely won’t be disappointed ??3 months agoI like buying medications and supplements in Big Pharmacy. The price considered reasonable. However the pharmacist called Jerry is very helpful as he explains to me pretty well till I fully understood with what I am taking daily. I will recommend you all to look for him at Big Pharmacy Farlim.3 months agoVery excellent customer service! And the staff very kind and friendly to help and giving a nice information for each product. I do enjoy and learn something new from them. Just need to say thanks to Especially the staff whom name Miss Nadia , h’ng and Nisa. They was a great and the explanation was super excellent! Worth recommending relative, families and friends to buy here.

All staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend to look for pharmacist Ms Ying if have any doubt on questions regarding medicine and supplement. She is very nice person. Understanding and beautiful.
Been to so many different pharmacies in Penang but this is by far the best pharmacy. Reasonable prices and superb service espeacially from Ms Ching Ni. Very knowledgeable and very patient in answering my questions. Will definitely be back for my regular meds.

However the pharmacist will recommend alternative medicine other than the one u look at.
Example:
I’m looking for betadine for a sore throat however the pharmacist recommended A life mouthwash which I bought before (also recommended by another big pharmacist in kl) and not effective. I checked the ingredients A life mouthwash contains chlorhexidine which kills bacteria however Betadine is to kill both virus and bacteria which is more effective for sore throats. If today I’m looking for a mouth wash for my gum I think it is good to use Alife mouthwash, but today I’m looking for a sore throat.
Same issue happened before. Last time in one of the seremban big pharmacy I would like to buy difflam lozenges which contains benzydamine and cetylpridinium chloride for antiseptic and anti-inflamation but then the pharmacist recommend me for avosil which only contains cetylpridinium(antiseptic only). The pharmacist said Avosil is much better than Difflam.
Therefore this is not a single case that happened in Bellisa Row Big Pharmacy, it happened in other big pharmacies also. I believe is the system cause this scnerio to happen.
Therefore in price wise this is a good pharmacy and just be firm with what you are looking for.
Lesson learn ?
Excellent service with knowledgeable staff and a wide range of medications. The clean and organized space ensures a pleasant experience. Staffs also provides valuable advice and always answer questions and fullfill our needs. Highly recommended for efficient and customer-friendly pharmacy services.
Im very happy to say that the staff from the belisa row being very friendly and helpful especially Ms.Puspa…taking the initiative to advice the supplement details/benefit and about wound dressing patiently…
Would really recommend my friends to come here.
