  2. After 8.30pm, I was in line for very long waiting to buy the medicine. That is a chinese girl pharmacis Ms Teoh keep busy ing the supplement to customer instead of in charge medicine. She told the new malay girl to take over the poison counter. We saw the news staff keep panic finding the medicine. Such a big company with the loussy management service.

  3. There is one chinese lady employee in big phramacy Bandar puteri, the corner shop at the x-cross road, opposite to a mamak store, maybank, and tealive(?), they got rude, annoyed and condescending after themselves not catching after that i said i am looking for combs(in mandarin cuz they asked in mandarin) in reply to their question “what are you looking for”, and too after i asked if the big pharmacy has combs with rat tail, which are just combs with the pointy end that is used for parting hair, in English, cuz idk it in mandarin, and i had to repeat myself because they didn’t catch that, and explain what the function of the thing im looking for is, well they said no they don’t have that, i can’t recall if they said that hostily. Then i moved on to asking for other products i am looking for, which is shampoo for oily hair, but i asked if they are pharmacist, they replied in a hostile manner, or defensive manner in defense of judgement of their qualification perhaps that was what they thought, i did it cuz i had several incidents where i enquired shampooing knowledges with persons who DOES NOT KNOW and are NOT pharmacist or shampooist (idk what they’re called) and only stating that after getting into the conversation for some time, and k wanted to avoid all that. Ok i described i have very oily scalp and face, and dandruff, they recommended a pricey and small tube of shampoo priced at around rm69(?) and i asked would it be too dry as it’s a shampoo for oily scalp, which felt bad to the scalp that i had used for years and with multiple brands, and then i noticed the pricing and decided to just ask if there’s other brands, i think it is obvious the first turn-around reason is the price of a product, and i expect them to know so, and undertands. All that while they were speaking at me condescendingly, and annoyed, and with cold, unattentive/uncaring tone or attitude, then they shifted to another shampoo product priced at still high price, rm29.69 or smtg which is also A SMALL TUBE of shampoo, which i expressed it is a small tube, and it will be finished really quick, which is obviously to express THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR ME I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS, and i am not comfortable about getting this product, which they were also carrying that same irritated-and-condescending-for-no-reason body language while, which such distressing stress i don’t deserve treatment of, and i just walked away and looked for the products myself as i initially planned to check the shampoos myself first when i came in, then i approached the pharmacist behind the medicinal counter and called me before tho i ignored cuz i don’t want more stress and social judgement and anxiety of, they asked, i described, they recommended several shampoos which were all small bottles and priced rm59-69 which yeah.. and then they ended up recommending the rm29 one, which the lady said in LOUD and SARCASTIC/PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE emotional abusive tone, in malay or english i forgot “saya dah recommend tapi dia tak mau~~??” tone like that, THAT I was able hear clearly, and was just staring at them, while they said that as if i was supposed to be ashamed??????????? For not taking your recommendations because i CAN’T AFFORD SHAMPOO OF THAT PRICING DUE TO MY PERSONAL ECONOMIC STATUS and experience with expensive shampoos???? Excuse me, i regret not standing up for myself greatly, that is why i am writing this complaint for acknowledgement of their toxic attitude which IS emotionally and mentally and psychologically harmful via this uncalled for treatment, i DO NOT OWE you anything to be treated like i am inferior , or less intelligent, i have no need of knowing all these informations prior, i am not a professional or scholar on this topic, i also had been here in THIS particular big pharmacy store and gotten the SAME hostile treatment a year or few years ago

  4. Went to the pharmacy and tried to ask for a ‘M’ brand lotion for eczema, the Chinese lady recommended me a different brand but cleansing gel instead. After asking few times that I mentioned I needed a lotion and not cleansing gel, she showed me the cream but then there’s an alternative of lotion. She didn’t explain much. Thereafter, I accidently thought there is a sample of the lotion and try to give a try. Who knows it’s not a sample and the Indian supervisor saw I am trying out the lotion and quickly asked the Chinese lady staff to check on me. It seems like I purposely wanna use the lotion and she said you have to buy this. And of course I apologies that I mistakenly thought it’s a sample and of course I have to buy. But with that kind of tone of voice and service, I don’t think you need to treat your customer like this. When I made payment at the counter, the Indian supervisor told me that I cannot use TnG ewallet at the counter that she is in charge only can use MAE and others. Should you have just tell earlier and you just want to make your customer so inconvenient? Very disappointed and will not go back there again.

  5. Big thanks to Ms Teoh for being so helpful. Her friendly vibes and vast knowledge create a really welcoming atmosphere. She goes the extra mile by answering all my questions in detail, providing thorough explanations, and making sure I leave the pharmacy fully understanding my medication. Her dedication to customer service truly stands out, making my pharmacy visit top-notch.
