3 months agoVery poor management, did not attend to customers promptly, the bookings are open at 1.00pm, yet no actions are taken after 10 mins past 1pm, the long queue was caused by the the service team, very ignorant and lazy ????Overall, bad place to hang out, I would rate 0 stars given the option.
This man is absolutely ignorant and rude, did not attend customers at all, management should consider giving a warning immediately!!!!!!
a month agoMachine and lanes not up to standard. Ball stuck in the machine. Pin stuck. Pin always falling down. They charge on hourly basis. Will take time to fix and will eat up your paid time. Not very good experience playing here. Not recommended at all5 months agoA big fat woman staff is too rude to work as customer service/cashier. keep us waiting even no other customer in que. No smile at all2 months agoI went through jammed for an hour, hoping I could play bowling to release stress. yet to find that all lanes were reserved for the tournament. I checked the other weekdays, also was reserved for tournament/weekly team games.Shouldn’t you just have the system to check and book games? I was devastated, wasting time and money for parking. Management should save a few lanes for walk in customers. Don’t simply reject customers like that. People don’t have options, if they have, I think you might be begging for customers ?.
a year agoThe hallways are nice and the area is clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shoes are well maintained and the bowling ball as well. But I think the tenpin bowling machine is not well maintained, there are always missing pins and free spare points .. we play 5 games, it always happens until the end of the game.

4 months agoConvenient. Ample car park and got few others amenities in the sport complex. Dreambowl has 20lane + 10VIP lane all located at Ground floor. Wheel chair accessible and parking friendly.8 months agoThe service of the cafe inside the bowling centre is out. Whenever you ask for hot drinks , the worker will tell don’t have. Same goes to some food that when you ask, they will say don’t have. Counter most of time no cashier and the tables here not been cleaned.8 months agoBeen a while since pandemic. Had good time with my family. Can release tension. Will come back again soon. All is good, however my shoes size not available. So ambik size besar sikit, a bit loose and not convenience. Next visit will bring my own shoes.11 months agoBetter lanes than mesamall. harga pun way lower than other bowling companies. dekat from my work site. but if u wanna play. play before 8pm, sbb slalu akan booked for competition.4 months agoThe best bowling alley in Nilai (debatable with Mesamall’s Bowlers) with very cheap rates. If you’re a student it will cost 3.50 for each game, my friends and I played 9 games for 4 hours so we’re very happy about the place.

It is a good place to spend time with your friends after a long day of classes and finishing assignments. Usually, they will be visited by university students nearby, and they also offer student pricing before 5 pm. You just need to show student id. After 5 pm, it goes to normal pricing.
Most exclusive bowling alley in this mall. Less hectic compare to other bowling alley and ample parking space. Recommended for family leisure time.

For student price, it only costs RM6 per person for each game. (Weekdays) For shoe rental, costs RM3.
This place is spacious with many lanes. Really enjoy my time here.
