Secondly, customer service at Angsana Bowling Alley has been consistently substandard. Reports of unresponsive staff, long wait times for assistance, and a lack of professionalism have created a negative impression. The lack of a customer-centric approach has resulted in dissatisfaction among visitors, impacting the establishment’s reputation.
Moreover, the pricing structure at Angsana Bowling Alley has been deemed unreasonable by many. High fees for lane rentals, shoe rentals, and additional services have deterred budget-conscious customers. This pricing strategy alienates a significant portion of potential patrons, leading to a decline in customer loyalty.
In summary, Angsana Bowling Alley falls short in terms of facility maintenance, customer service, and pricing, ultimately making it an undesirable choice for those seeking an enjoyable and hassle-free bowling experience
And is the worst bowling alley i have visited in my life.
Does it makes sense? This bowling center asks for payment when Im just confirming the price. Manager says that she had already printed the receipt and I’m required to pay no matter to play or not. Such Great Business Management
I was angry that there was a staff member who claimed she is the person in charge of senior there (A Indian girl has curly hair). This is because I have 8 friends who arrive at that place first, and then they pay their own money first.
But the staff there I don’t know if they are not careful or what is going on. They even collected their money and said that they could not refund it. And she was very rude and didn’t say anything sorry to my friends.
So my friend said it doesn’t matter.
But when I was about to register the name, the staff member had to collect more costs outside the venue, and no matter how my friends around me prove and communicate with her well, she always denied and said that I and the 2 friends must have to pay for the extra money.
In the process, this staff member had always clenched her fist and had always talked to us in an impolite tone.
But the funny thing is that a person who just came to work on the second day of her knew that the person who claimed to be “Senior” did not understand the matter and kept apologizing to us.
Later, the staff member also mocked one of my friends who would not know the Malay language, and finally hit him! At that time, I was stunned because the staff member did not have a bad attitude and good conduct.
Finally, I suggest everyone don’t go to this Universal Bowling shop. Because they didn’t give us all an apology or any compensation.(In fact, I think the store should give us an apology, because hit people first is a bad behavior)?
Spending so much money, but can’t play a game at there and no any compensation!!!
Only complain is the oiling is quite dry and half of the alleys are unusable (not sure why, looks like it’s been reserved). Other than that, a good bowling experience with affordable price
this is the worst bowling centre in Johor Bahru. The Indian staff not only ugly, her attitude also extremely bad! Kindly advise you all don’t go there , you won’t have a good mood to play…
