Good customer service and had great fun with my kids….adults can join them too….Rm10 for 1 game and 5 games rm 30……1 game is good enough for us…..No cash transactions only debit/credit card….If your expectations are too high U might get disappointed but for just fun time with kids its good enough…parking easy…not many people….

Located at level UG, secluded a bit. From crossing bridge of i-city mall, when you see the blue SnoWalk on your left, walk straight until you see the escalator, take 1 floor up and walk straight, u can see the ironman statue.
Open : 3pm – 11pm (weekdays) 1pm – 11pm (weekends)
RM10 per game RM30 for 5games(can share with 2kids) i.e. 2games each kid, the other one can just throw for fun

Peak during weekend ofc but the worst part is there is no rules! People are lining up taking turns to play but the ones who should already finished their games keep repeat buying new tokens without having to q,and makes others q longer! Very inconsiderate. If like this until apocalypse also we need to q!

Said open at 1pm on Weekend. Wait there about half an hour but still not open. My son really frustrated.

2 months agoWe called to book the lane, but they say cannot book the lane in advance. They said we need to walk in. So we just walk in and got our lane. But when we want to add more games, they said other person already booked the lane. How come the other person manage to book the lane? Other than that, not bad. The lane is okay, the amenities okay. Parking also easy to find.5 months agoThe staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I also loved the ambience, perfect for a casual get-together with friends. The interior decor is trendy and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The price is reasonable even on weekends, RM11 per person per game. Can get rental shoes for RM3 per pair. Always have tournaments here, so need to come early or after the event.10 months agoThis is the 3rd time we come here this year, yet 0% chance of success to play even a single game due to always fully booked for event. Your typical bowling alley..but it needs to be cleaned better..the approach for the lanes were not smooth.. can’t slide properly.come during happy hour and you will get a bargain.

Even though the place always pack, but the environment great and price is affordable
Its a great place really. But in terms of services and the naming system? Its ridiculous. Might as well go to Selayang. We only allowed to put in our names, no phone number and we understand its our responsibility to be here on time. But maybe phone number option should be required. In my case, we stepped out for a moment to have a quick bite not even reaching 30 minutes and they cancelled out our names. You guys should change the naming system. Even selayang could do better in terms of lining experience.
During our time here there is company and i think its really selfish even for the counter to give up lanes just because the company have some “late comer”. Now the lane are becoming less and less chance for the other people to play. And this is your staff?
Went for a family day. A lot of fun, also had some arcade machines (Punching Machine). Refreshments was also available.
