8 months agobest day, well spent with fam! the explanation given by the cashier is clear and spot-on especially to a first timer like me! the service is good.a week agoGood fun but costly as they charge you adult prices for kids and everyone must pay an extra RM4 for rental shoes. The youngest must wear too even if the shoes don’t fit him as they are too big. It’s a one time experience as tourists in the area.9 months agoBig space bowling alley. Staff ok and friendly. Air cond not cold..we sweats at this time of warm season. Price RM16 per game, shoes RM4.00. reasonable price. Lane 13 & 14 always have jammed balls. Lighting was ok and quite cool.a year agoPlace has 48 working lanes, busy on weekend. Lanes and system are fast and responding. Lighting is a little dark.It’s charging RM14 per game per person instead of charging per lane per hour. Decent if just want to bowl one or two games.
Downside , limited amount of balls selection, hard to get suitable weight ball to bowl properly. Hard to find balls weight 10 and below. Even if you do, you can fit your finger in it.
6 years agoCame here in a large group. Some lanes have problem. Lane 35, once in a while, all the pin was dropped during the first sweep. But overall a nice place to go for bowling. They also have pool tables.

a week agoBcs of its cheap price, everyday gonna have tournament especially from government workers. No booking system whatsoever. When ask can write our names, then only the staff hands out a paper to write our names. Got police tournament today. Said will finish by 6pm. Already 6pm, lanes already empty yet we still can’t play. Instead the empty lanes became a place for them to sit and eat? What kinda joke is this? If can’t serve the public just change the whole place to be a book only bowling alley. No respect for the publics time. Let them eat on empty lanes some more.2 months agoVisited the bowling alley to support my friend’s son represent Perak for the person with disabilities bowling tournament organised by Persatuan Tenpin Bowling Wilayah Persekutuan. Management please solve this issue.4 months ago30August me and my friends was go to Megalanes here to enjoy with my friends, all the staff was okey but especially have one girl staff every time I go was play single lane, today I first time try to cross lane but after finish first match. Second match was not running when we bowl. We inform counter and tell a staff (girl) about this problem, this girl shout loudly to me and said ‘Next time when you come don’t play cross lane.’ I was like Hello? I was going counter just ask how to settle the problem and you shout to me like that? I am very disappointed about this customer service, bad experience and this rudeness. Horrible customer service, never go back this place anymore.8 months agoGood bowling place. The charges are RM9 per game on weekends and public holidays. Shoes rental RM2. Socks for purchase RM5. The mall is almost empty.

My first time bowling here, and i was satisfied. Rm30 for 1 hour on weekdays before 5pm with continuous game, no minum or max of people in a group.
We had 5 people with a total of 1.5 playing hours.
Went on Wednesday 1.30pm, was “full” except for 4 lanes “reserved”. Hence wrote my name to Q up for it.
Running number as 7th turn, and checking on the slot times mostly around 10-15% spent. Hence I ask the staff in charge if return around 30mins would be fine and would reserve plus minus Lebih kurang 5mins.
Returned to the place after 25mins, another staff (where the previous in charge has no idea mana pergi), the staff mentioned that been calling my name for 3 times but no return hence eliminated and required another Q up, which is 14th turn.
I asked about the previous staff mentioned about the sections shown was fine at the timeframe, however the response was : “Ada customer cancel or return or finish awal then buka the slot”.
Okay, a lesson learnt for me.
There are have stafe no have experience about management and not respect people turst so bad I recommend peplo no go there…
Not happy with one of the male workers on duty today because he did not help in making lane reservations and the explanation was not clear. Need to be reprimanded for the good of the company??.
Organise bowling fun game. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Definitely will come again next time.
